Join us as Project Manager and make a difference for people with a severe hearing loss. You will be part of the Project Management Office function responsible for driving cross disciplinary projects and report to the Senior Director of PMO. Preferred location; Göteborg.

In your new role, you will gain full responsibility to lead and drive our projects end-to-end. This means planning and executing from concepts to successful release and roll out to the market. We do what we do for improving quality of life for our user, why bringing new products to the market as fast as possible is key. Our projects are multi-disciplinary. Therefore, you will lead a diverse group of people including developers, operations, clinical and marketing experts. Our overall goal is to become market leader in our field.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring great products reaches the market on time
• Ensure efficient project execution with a holistic and problem-solving mindset
• Ensure on time delivery and focus in the full project team
• Leading a project team of skilled multi-disciplinary resources
• Ensuring deliveries complying to medical, regulatory, and internal quality requirements
• Project reporting and milestone reviewing according to our quality management system
• Ensuring the right compromises and decisions both on overall product scope and down to technical specifications
• Pro-active stakeholder management – both internally and to external partners or subcontractors

Your background 
You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in managing product development projects, programs, or new product introductions preferably within the medical device sector. Experience from bringing a product to the market will be a plus. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or another relevant background.

You are a hands-on person with a product interest. Furthermore, you have a good technical understanding and experience from working with cross-functional teams across multiple sites. You can easily manage all different levels in a project, covering both long-term strategic planning and high-speed problem solving and detail-oriented questions.  You are result-driven and capable of setting clear goals for yourself and your team. You can easily create a strong team spirit among your multiple stakeholders.

Finally, you need to be fluent in written and spoken English, as this is our corporate language.
