Lead a Purpose-Driven Medtech Company — as CEO

Our client is a smaller organisation with a clear mission and solid technology, now looking for a leader with proven medtech experience, ideally combined with executive leadership roles in smaller companies and preferably within a listed environment where governance, transparency and structure are essential.

You bring a strong understanding of the full medtech value chain, including regulatory strategy and execution. Experience navigating international regulatory processes and leading organisations through critical approval milestones, including the US market, will be highly valued.

You are equally comfortable driving commercial development and operational scale-up, translating regulatory and clinical achievements into market adoption, revenue growth and successful strategic partnerships. Experience working with distributors, commercial partners and healthcare stakeholders is an advantage.

You are skilled in leading investor relations and guiding the company’s funding efforts, maintaining close and constructive collaboration with the board, and balancing growth ambitions with sound financial stewardship. You navigate partner, commercial and financing negotiations with confidence and credibility.
