Are you ready to make a difference for people with a severe hearing disability? Do you want to make a difference for users and patients with Bone Anchored Hearing Systems (BAHS)? Are you a Project Manager with passion for Operations within the medical device area? Then we have an exciting position for you as Product Care Project Manager at Oticon Medical BAHS in Gothenburg.
At Oticon Medical BAHS we develop and market bone anchored hearing systems including permanent implants, sound processors, software and various accessories. We are now looking to add a great new member to our Operations team were we, among other key tasks, are responsible for purchasing, production and logistics in collaboration with external partners.
As Product Care Project Manager, reporting to Head of Operations, you will manage projects within the Operations function and drive change projects of in-market products. You can expect some 20 days of business travelling per year since our collaboration partners for development, distribution and production are situated in Sweden, Denmark, Poland and France.
Main responsibilities
- Drive projects in various sizes within the scope of Operations
- Drive change projects related to in-market products
- Act as link between R&D, Marketing and external suppliers/production sites
- Update/create specifications, production documentation and BOM structures when needed
- Work actively with prioritization of tasks in close cooperation with other stakeholders
- Represent Operations in product development projects if needed
Your experience and qualifications
You come along with a degree in Engineering and working experience, preferably related to project management and manufacturing of medical devices. You have a structured and professional way of working and a good technical understanding and interest of products and production environment. You are stimulated by building relationships and working in cross functional teams with colleagues and suppliers. Besides that, we expect that you are pragmatic and strive for efficiency in all that you do.
