Field Service Engineer – Meditec
As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for installation, maintenance and support and repairs of medical equipment in neurosurgery and eye care. This position is based in south of Sweden but part of a bigger Nordic team. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, willingness to travel and a strong sense of service, as well as offering an independent job with premium products and good career development opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Install medical devices in neurosurgery, eye clinics and refractive care
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
- Perform emergency service in case of unexpected downtime or faults
- Carry out upgrades and improvements to existing equipment
- Collaborate with a Nordic service team
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional remote and on-site technical support
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Have a technical background, preferably in mechanics or electronics
- Some experience of IT in the form of network and integration issues.
- Are service minded, self-motivated and structured.
- Likes to solve problems and create strong customer relationships
- Speaks Swedish and English fluently
- Has a driver’s license and is comfortable being out in the field for 1-3 days with about 60-80 overnight stays per year.
If you have experience from healthcare or from traveling for work – then that’s a big plus.
