Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for providing cross-functional project management from product definition to regulatory submission and industrialisation of device constituent parts of drug-device combination products. You plan and coordinate all project team activities, effectively leading teams of internal and external cross-functional resources to deliver set milestones and complete projects on time and within budget. As part of OnDosis PMO you will also play an important role in evolving ways of working to further strengthen our ability to deliver multiple development projects end-to-end.

Your responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of project team activities
• Defining, monitoring and managing project budget
• Identifying and managing project risks
• Resource management within project team
• Tracking and communicating overall project progress to management and other stakeholders
• Working closely with partnering pharmaceutical companies to secure integration between device and drug constituent parts of drug-device combination products
• Contribute to strengthen OnDosis PMO areas of expertise

Last but not least, you have an excellent understanding of complex projects involving medical devices and/or drug-device combination products through all phases of device development to commercialisation. Preferably, but not necessarily, you have experience from connected health devices/services.

Essential for the role

• Project management experience from complex projects involving medical devices and/or drug-device combination products, through all faces of device development to commercialisation
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, international standards and guidelines, such as ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDD, MDR, CFR Part 820, and excellent understanding of design control principles
• Decision making and prioritising ability
• Excellent communication in English (oral and written)

Desirable

• Experience from drug-device combination products
• Experience of connected health devices/services
