Join Integrum, the global leader in osseointegration for amputees, as our next Sales Coordinator. In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll be a key support to our internal sales team and international distributors – primarily across Europe.
Your Role
You will support sales operations, customer and distributor relations, order handling, and marketing activities – ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to our global growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing CRM data and responding to customer inquiries
- Coordinating sales orders and logistics
- Supporting internal and distributor sales teams
- Assisting with marketing content creation and digital outreach
- Organizing training sessions, events, and congress logistics
- Compiling sales reports and forecasts
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer/logistics support
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media; CRM experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Indesign and Photoshop experience is an advantage but not a must have
- Professional English skills
- Experience in MedTech and/or working with international distributors is advantageous
