Product Development Manager – Medical Devices (software/hardware)

To our client in the Stockholm-region, we’re now recruiting a Product Development Manager.
This role, in the Leadership team, requires both tactical/operational and strategic abilities. Reporting to the CEO, you manage directly a team of five-six colleagues covering both software and harware development.
- Technical University degree.
- Solid technical experience, both from hardware and software/connected systems (focus on software/connected systems).
- Cross-functional experience specifically from working together with Sales and Marketing functions but also in co-operation with R&D/QA/RA-functions.
- Experience from connected health devices/services is meritorious.
- Some knowledge of computer databases, Microsoft Azure/cloud technology.
- Being familiar with quality and regulatory standards within medical devices.
You appreciate the high pace in a small and dynamic company and you have a passion for technical/software product management. You have skills in Project Management, Technical Product Management and product/function ownership. Apart from an organized and structured way of working you are definitely someone who is customer oriented by heart.
