International Product Manager – Clinical Applications

About the role

As our new International Product Manager, you will be the core resource for product knowledge and experience. You are responsible for product training both internally and externally, you are the most important link between our product development and sales/marketing teams, and you provide relevant customer feedback from our clients to the product development team. You also make sure to align with Quality/Regulatory in complaints handling and other product related issues. You support Sales and Marketing with product/technical related questions, both nationally and internationally. You will be our expert in the use of our products, and you ensure that sales & marketing materials is up-to-date and relevant. This new position will cover both the Nordic region and the European Market, which means that both domestic and international travelling will be quite  frequent. Preferred location is the Göteborg region, but other locations are possible.

Are you the one we are looking for?

In this role, we will pay great attention to your personality and therefore we’re looking for someone who is outgoing, committed, with a strong personal drive but at the same time you are a team player. You have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work and you enjoy the role of training/instructing. To thrive in this position, you like to work both independently and together with colleagues in both sales & marketing, product development and QA/RA. The candidate we’re looking for has most likely a clinical background, preferably from intensive care / anesthesia and has probably worked for a few years in the medical devices industry.

  • IVA / Anesthesia background or very good experience of the specific target group.
  • Experience in holding product / user training.
  • Marketing background, some product management experience (desirable but not a requirement)
