We are now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role at a global medical technology company dedicated to extending the life of organs – so transplant teams around the world can save more lives.

 

SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Supply Chain Specialist at XVIVO, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of life-saving equipment through purchasing and planning. Your keen attention to detail and strategic thinking will enable us to maintain optimal stock levels, safeguarding our ability to meet the critical needs of healthcare providers and patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for supply chain development and optimization
  • Planning and purchasing of finished products and production material based on sales forecast and defined safety stock levels
  • Responsible for creating and reporting manufacturing orders
  • Manage material authorizations in accordance with the production plan and sales forecast
  • Responsible for shipments of finished devices to XVIVOs warehouse
  • Plan and implement activities to ensure continuous supply of components and services
  • Identify supply risks and implementation of adequate mitigations

 

In addition, you may represent purchasing in development projects, ensuring the right volume is delivered in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • General knowledge about supply chain, purchasing and planning
  • Experience working in ERP-system
  • Experience working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with skill to visualize production schedule
  • Ability to identify risks within supply chain
  • Good internal and external communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Swedish and English, written and spoken

 

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Analytical skills
  • Experience within medical device industry (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience working for a multinational company – preferred
  • Knowledge within quality/regulatory compliance
