We are now looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Global Marketing team. This is an opportunity for an entry level position at a global medical technology company dedicated to extending the life of organs – so transplant teams around the world can save more lives. As a member of our Global Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work together with senior colleagues.

In the role as Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with the Global Product Managers to understand current market and customer needs, and to identify future opportunities. The Junior Product Manager supports the Global Product Managers in initiatives and key projects across our main business areas and works across geographies and functional teams.

As a Junior Product Manager at XVIVO you will be engaged in the following activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support Global Product Managers in daily operational tasks.
  • Support in development and roll-out of marketing materials, including managing content review with clinical and regulatory and translations into local languages.
  • Contribute to market intelligence by collecting and analyzing market and customer trends.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of competitor landscape. Monitor competitor activity through studies, published papers and media. Produce competitive analysis materials, including product comparisons.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans for the different product portfolios.
  • Develop product knowledge to function as a resource for commercial team and other internal functions.
  • Support on requests from commercial team relating to product information, literature, marketing materials and general marketing support.
  • Support in roll-out of new pricelists, including internal review and approvals.

Essential for the role:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented relationship builder and non-prestigious, as well as an ability to take on greater challenges as the organization grows.
  • High level of initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Support in preparation of quotations, purchase agreements, and service and maintenance agreements.
