Newsletter subscription (information about available jobs)

By signing up for Moveup’s newsletter at www.moveup.se you will receive information via e-mail that Moveup distributes. Moveup is responsible for this personal data collection.

We use the personal information (e-mail address) you provide in connection with this to administer your subscription. The legal basis for the processing is consent that you provide by registering your e-mail address. You can revoke the consent whenever you want. We process your personal data until you request to have the information deleted which you do most easily by unsubscribing from the mailing by clicking on the link at the bottom of a newsletter.

Job application

By applying for available jobs or sending a spontaneous application to us, one of Moveup’s recruitment consultants will receive and process your application. Moveup is responsible for this personal data collection. The personal data may be disclosed to third parties who are then customers of Moveup. We will never pass on, sell or exchange your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information is only forwarded to third parties (companies) if required to provide a service.

We use the personal information (name, e-mail address, telephone number, CV and other information) that you submit in connection with the application to fill vacancies and maintain a candidate database for upcoming vacancies. All CVs and personal letters and the like that are sent to Moveup are only stored in our candidate database. The legal basis for the processing is consent that you provide by sending the information to us. You can revoke the consent whenever you want. We process your personal information until you request that the information be deleted.

When you contact us

By contacting Moveup through the form “Contact us” at http://www.moveup.se/kontakt/ or info@moveup.se, your message will be forwarded to the right person in the organization. Moveup is responsible for this personal data collection.

Your rights

In accordance with current data protection legislation, you have the right to access information about what personal data we process about you. You have the right to request access, once a year, in writing, free of charge, to the information processed by us.

You also have the right to request corrections of incorrect personal data, request deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data or object to our processing. However, the right to have personal data deleted is not absolute, as a legal obligation to save the data takes precedence.

You can revoke your consent at any time.

If you have any complaints regarding our treatment of your personal data, you can file a complaint with the Swedish Data Inspectorate.

Personal data agreements

Moveup has signed a personal data entry agreement with three partners: Dillistone Systems Ltd., Master Sverige AB and Refapp/Talentwise.

Dillistone stores personal data in our candidate database and Master is our supplier of personality profiles and aptitude tests. When you are asked to perform one of our tests, you always get information about how we handle test data.

Refapp is a digital reference system. All information is stored encrypted and deleted after a given time.

Every year, Dillistone, Master and Refapp carry out a GDPR audit.

Transfer of personal data to other countries

We process your personal data only within the EU / EEA.

This is how we protect your information

Moveup protects your personal data through a combination of technical and organisational solutions. Access systems are required on all computers and phones that handle personal data. All data in our database is stored by our partner (personal data assistant) Dillistone Systems Ltd. (www.dillistone.com). Data storage via Dillistone is a cloud-based solution that means no data is stored locally on computers or other mobile devices (iPads, mobile phones). This ensures that we do not risk data breaches in case of loss of computers or mobile devices. All CVs and personal letters sent to Moveup are stored only in our candidate database. In the same way, all data is stored in our test database (personal profiles and aptitude tests) by our partner (personal data assistant) Master Sverige AB. Reference data is stored by our partner Refapp/Talentwise.

Cookies

According to the Electronic Communications Act (2003: 389), we must inform you that we use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are a technical feature that allow you to navigate easier and faster on our website.

Cookies are also used by us to compile visitor statistics. The information is used statistically to analyze how the site is used and how many people visit different pages. There are two types of cookies, temporary and permanent. Temporary cookies are temporarily stored in your computer’s memory and deleted when you close your browser. Permanent cookies are stored for a longer time on your computer. Regardless of the type of cookies used, no personal information about you as a user is stored.

If you do not want to allow permanent cookies on your computer, you can change the settings in your browser’s security or privacy settings so that it automatically denies cookies or informs that a website contains cookies. If you choose not to allow cookies, this may mean that the site cannot be used or may not work properly.
