Design Transfer and Operations Quality Manager

As a Design Transfer and Operations Quality Manager, you will play an important
role in our Supply Chain and Operations team, working closely with R&D colleagues
to ensure the smooth transition of designs into production. You will be responsible for
managing production specifications, monitoring product quality, and overseeing
production flows. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our
company’s future success and influence the products we deliver to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate technology transfer between Osstell R&D and suppliers.
• Act as the primary contact and support for supplier production and inspection
processes.
• Manage design change reports (design control) and update relevant technical
specifications.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood and processes are capable of
meeting specifications for production.
• Collaborate closely with R&D to integrate quality into the original design of
products.
• Set up production specifications (DMR) in the QMS system.
• Focus on quality assurance within the production process.
• Compile product DHR and release goods to stock
• Continuously improve the production processes and eliminate root causes
regarding e.g. technical failures and non-conforming products.
Requirements:
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably of medical devices and/or contract
manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of risk management in manufacturing.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple work activities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, in English as well as in
Swedish.

Advantage if you have:

• Experience in electronics
• Experience in project management, with creating plans and work in a
structured way to achieve goals by setting priorities
