Your Role – Field Clinical Specialist (EP)

As a Field Clinical Specialist, you are a clinical cornerstone of the EP team. You will support physicians and hospital staff during procedures, educate teams on best practices, and drive adoption of our cutting-edge technologies. Your work will directly influence patient outcomes and the success of our EP solutions.

What You Will Do

• Provide in-depth clinical and technical support during EP procedures using Boston Scientific’s full EP portfolio.
• Train and educate physicians, nurses, and technicians on product use and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and support business growth.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance in real-time during procedures.
• Build strong relationships with EP labs, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Support hardware/software upgrades and coordinate with European technical teams.
• In the field 2–4 days/week, approx 1 overnight stay per week, occasional Nordic support

 Who You Are

You are passionate about cardiology, thrive in a clinical environment, and enjoy working with technologies that truly make a difference.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Clinical experience in for example Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) or Electrocardiogram (ECG) or similar.
• A degree in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Medical engineering, or related healthcare field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly.
• A collaborative mindset, adaptable approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work around hospital schedules.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
