Oticon Medical BAHS specializes in developing, producing, and distributing advanced bone-anchored hearing systems, including implants, sound processors, software, and surgical tools.
We are a global leader in hearing solutions, located in Sisjön Gothenburg, and we are currently looking for a Global Market Access Manager responsible for leading and managing all tender-related activities across markets where Oticon Medical operates. This role ensures timely, compliant, and competitive tender submissions while driving a proactive global tender strategy aligned with business objectives.
The position requires strong coordination across commercial, regulatory, legal, operations and local market teams to ensure successful participation and win rates in public and private tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all global tender activities, serving as the central point of contact for tender strategy, planning and execution.
- Develop and implement global and country-specific tender strategies aligned with commercial, pricing and market access objectives.
- Own the end-to-end tender process, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant submissions across all relevant markets.
- Coordinate cross functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs & Quality, Legal, Compliance and Finance to deliver successful tender outcomes.
- Drive market access initiatives to maximize patient access and reimbursement while identifying and mitigating procurement and reimbursement barriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including payers, procurement authorities, regulators, healthcare providers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Monitor tender performance, market trends, competitor activity and pipeline metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership while driving continuous process improvement.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Health Economics, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Extensive experience in market access, tender management or commercial operations.
- Proven experience managing international tenders, preferably within medtech or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes across multiple geographies.
- Experience with pricing strategies and competitive bidding.
You are a structured and proactive professional with strong project management and organizational skills. You excel at managing multiple priorities, collaborating across functions in a global matrix organization, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
You have an analytical mindset and can translate data into actionable strategies. You communicate effectively in English and demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
