Only in certain cases is advertising in daily newspapers or trade press used. Our role is to manage the whole or parts of the recruitment process and qualify and introduce suitable candidates to our clients.

Tests and personality profiles
To support the recruitment process we use a scientifically proven tool for personality assessments – OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire).

Amongst other things all consultants at Moveup are trained and certified by SHL to implement and evaluate the results of OPQ.

The OPQ personality test has passed many high level scientific assessments with the best results amongst several independent studies. OPQ is also seen to have a broader area of usage than many other evaluation tools. The OPQ is also used in assessment centers, when teambuilding, conducting appraisals and in several research and study contexts.
