Who are we looking for?
The primary responsibility of the role is selling the full range of Spine & Cranial product portfolio in the regions of South Sweden – primarily focusing on the neurosurgery departments in Lund, Gothenburg, Linköping and Örebro.
We are looking for a skilled and independent sales person with a clear sales focus. You will be responsible for sales activities, development and implementation of the business strategies in Sweden, while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the market.
Key words will be to plan and attend customer meetings, organize product’s trials and demonstrations, presentations, attend conventions, forums and meetings to give information of the company’s products. As a Territory Manager in Medtronic, you will be working in an international environment in one of the leading medical devices companies in the world. You will be part of a great team of dedicated persons in the region and you will be supported and coached in all aspects to do the very best for our patients.
To be successful as a Territory Manager you have:
- A sales driven, business mind with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proven ability in Sales and in growing a business generally.
- A demonstrated track record in sales (2+ years) within the medical industry
- The ability to listen to colleagues of different levels with an ability to understand and to execute plans.
- The mindset of a service-oriented team player concerned with helping people, both internally and externally.
We think that you are someone with advanced presentation and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, all necessary to establish good working relationships with a wide range of customers. It is also important that you can work independently with a high level of time management skills.
It is essential that you speak Swedish and English fluently as well as that you have a full, and clean, driver’s license.
Where you live is only limited to how much you are willing to travel, but easy access to the university hospitals is preferred. You will report to the Sales Manager for Neurosurgery & Brain Modulation.
