Medtronic’s APV (Aortic and Peripheral Vascular) business is now looking for new colleague to drive the role as a Territory Manager for mid & north parts of Sweden
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a skilled and independent sales person with a high energy level and team-spirit. You will be responsible for sales activities, development and implementation of the business strategies in your region which includes 11 accounts: Linköping, Örebro, Eskilstuna, Västerås, Uppsala, Gävle, Falun, Sundsvall, Umeå, Östersund and Luleå
Key words will be to plan and attend customer meetings, organize product’s trials and demonstrations, presentations, attend conventions, forums and meetings to give information of the company’s products. As a Territory Manager in Medtronic, you will be working in an international environment in one of the leading medical devices companies in the world. You will be part of a great team of dedicated persons in the region and you will be supported and coached in all aspects to do the very best for our patients.
To be successful as a Territory Manager you have:
• Experience of health care sales (preferably medical device) or experience as a health care employee within the cardiovascular area.
• A sales driven, business mind with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• The ability to operate in a matrix environment and to work effectively with colleagues on all levels, as well as with physicians, nurses and other relevant customers and stakeholders.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Swedish health care system, including the tender process.
• The mindset of a service-oriented team player concerned with helping people, both internally and externally.
• The ability and willingness to move in an OR room
• An interest in technically advanced products; a high attention to detail and accuracy.
We think that you are someone with advanced presentation and negotiation skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, all necessary to establish good working relationships with a wide range of customers. It is also important that you can work independently with a high level of time management skills.
It is essential that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently as well as that you have a full, and clean, driver’s license.
Where you live is only limited to how much you are willing to travel, but easy access to an airport is preferred. You will report to the Sales Manager for APV Nordic.
