As Product Specialist you will work as a professional and technical IWS-advisor for customers in the healthcare sector, making sure that they are being offered the most efficient and user-friendly solutions possible in relation to their situation. The goal is satisfied customers and an increase in solutions sales for Getinge.
You will have a broad range of stakeholders like operating personnel, IT departments, KOL´s and Hospital Management. You are keen on understanding the customer needs and by knowing the advantages of the different Getinge Solutions, you will consult the customer to buy and integrate these solutions into their workflow. Mastering this process will be essential for your success in this position.
The T-DOC system is a very advanced system that allows hospitals to have total traceability of their sterile goods. Integrated Workflow Solutions is constantly trying to make the system more user-friendly and upgrade the system with new features to increase quality and efficiency at the hospitals.
T-DOC is going to be your first application of focus, but it is expected that the other IWS product lines will also become a part of your skillset. Eventually, you will be able to understand and set the link between the T-DOC system and the desired workflow used by the costumer including any integration between other hospital systems.
You will be based at the Getinge office in Solna, with approximately 50% travel within Sweden, and report to the Business Manager for IWS in the Nordics.
The ideal candidate
The person we are looking for is ideally working as a sales representative in the industry today. You are used to working and delivering results in a role that gives you a great amount of freedom and own responsibility.
Some of your key characteristics include:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, nursing or IT
- Minimum 3 years Hospital Sales experience
- Previous background and experience in Technology or Healthcare
- Strong knowledge and experience in solution selling
- Successful interactions with colleagues and external customers – build relationships
- IT user on an above average level
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- English skills: high level
- Swedish skills: writing and speaking prefect – ideally one additional Nordic language
As a person you have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to present and sell complex solutions. You are structured and result oriented with the ability to work well independently and with a strong sense of initiative. The ability to manage and meet customer expectations as well as a strong sense of team and customer collaboration are also key factors for this position.
