Integration Diagnostics and its core products, Penguin RFA and Osseo100 measures dental implant stability to enable clinicians to decide when to load an implant. The technique has been developed in close cooperation with clinicians and experts in the field of dental implantology.
The products have been received extremely well by the market. Continued rapid growth is expected in the future.
Resonance Frequency Analysis (RFA) and the measurement unit Implant Stability Quotient (ISQ) were introduced into the dental implant industry in 2001 and are now established methods of measuring implant stability and osseointegration.
In 2015, in response to the dental community’s need for an accessible ISQ measuring system, Integration Diagnostics Sweden AB (IDSAB) was founded. Sales have developed rapidly with clients today in + 70 countries globally.
On November 30, 2018, Integration Diagnostics Sweden AB (IDSAB) became part of the Japanese company Nakanishi Inc. Nakanishi Inc., is a leading company of professional dental instruments with the world’s top-share brand “NSK”. All its products are developed and manufactured in Japan and distributed to 135 countries around the globe. The NSK Group has 14 subsidiaries worldwide and has established a strong global sales network. IDSAB manages all the product development of Penguin RFA and employs 4-5 employees today (Management, Regulatory Affairs, Business support and R&D).
International Product Manager
As an International Product Manager you are responsible for our products and assortment. Together with our international sales- and distribution organizations you develop and implement marketing activities, education material and product training. You secure that IDSAB gets sales priority in local organisations and that the NSK organisation has relevant competence for sales & marketing execution. In close cooperation with our distributors you capture customer insights and market intelligence.
Apart from all the marketing related tasks you are the “go-to-person” in technical product related matters for all the international partners. You can easily read and understand clinical reports and documents, using them to support marketing. Since manufacturing will be relocated outside Sweden you must also support manufacturing with product knowledge when required (i e. quality related questions, complaints and technical product investigations).
In this position you will have a great opportunity to influence how the work is set up. Your daily work has a wide scoop and is performed in a dynamic international working environment.
The Product Manager role includes
- Develop and implement marketing activities together with our international sales organization and network of distributors
- Manage technical-/product sales support and the training of sales representatives and distributors
- Lead or participate actively in product development projects. Secure a solid alignment with customer needs and global demands.
- Interaction with Quality/Regulatory department and Manufacturing
- Keeping up to date with clinical data and suggest the use of content for marketing communication purposes
- Product, assortment and innovation portfolio
- Sales and marketing analytics, product calculations
- Preferably an engineering background
- 3-5 years working experience
- Some experience of product management, within dental- or medical devices
- Experience from handling group trainings
- Fluent in English
To succeed in this role, you have a commercial mindset with a strong drive to establish and maintain good business relationships both internally and externally. You have the skillset to easily adapt in a technical-/R&D environment as well as on the commercial side. Understanding of working in a highly regulated environment (medical-) together with a technical interest is needed. You are action oriented with great planning skills. Since we are a small company you will be a natural part of the company decision making.
Frequent traveling required both in- and outside Europe.
