Your key reponsibilities is to the lead the franchise team, develop the overall cross-functional franchise strategy and ensuring a full implementation of it. You will have the overall accountability for the business planning process and to secure optimal resource allocation. You will motivate, develop and lead a high-performing team, through solid line or matrix management. As Franchise Lead you ensure full delivery of sales, financial and other targets. You establish Roche as an attractive partner in Swedish healthcare.

You are a person with strong competitive mindset. You have solid strategic and analytical skills and considerable experience of business and financial planning. You possess strong knowledge of the concept of molecular information and how it may inform treatment decisions. You have previous experience from procurement processes of diagnostics and IT within healthcare, and documented skills in building, motivating and leading cross-functional teams. Experience as line manager in a marketing or business manager role is meritorious. Your knowledge of the Swedish pharma market and healthcare is solid. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
