Clinical Sales Representative – endoscopy
Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) provides clinical support to assigned accounts, jointly with the Endoscopy Account Manager (EAM) and directed by the Region Sales Manager. The primary role of the CSR is to develop market share at BSC accounts by delivering excellent product in-servicing, product evaluations, and continuous procedural education
The position involves responsibility for running the company’s endoscopy portfolio in Sweden, in close cooperation with Endoscopy Account Manager (EAM) for Sweden and National Sales Manager. The products are constantly evolving and it will be an almost continuous process and bring new products, procedures and product improvements to the market, as well as providing good user knowledge also around existing portfolios. It is important to establish good relationships with the clients, consisting mainly of hospital doctors who perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, nurses, procurement departments, medical technical staff, hospital administration and sterile centers. Some of the products are sold through tenders and some are sold outside. The portfolio is extensive and there is a lot to get involved in, both of documentation, products and procedures. After introduction and training in the USA, competence development will be a continuous process. You need to work with demanding and advanced medical technical equipment and clinical sales, based on extensive documentation and studies, while at the same time helping to ensure safe and safe use of the portfolio, always with a business focus. Boston Scientific attaches great importance to internal collaboration locally, but you also want collaboration and support from other internal Nordic functions.
We believe you have a suitable formal background in health science, natural sciences, or mercantile subjects, at college or university level. We also believe that you have some sales experience from the medical engineering industry or from the pharmaceutical industry. As this is a position with development opportunities, we would like to hear from graduates who are relatively newly educated and maybe a few years of work experience.

Clinical Sales Representative works out of home office. You are equipped with the necessary work tools, such as company car, mob phone, PC etc. The company has a good bonus / commission program, which comes in addition to fixed salary.
