Allergan is now looking for a Business Consultant –  BC – for the Swedish market who will help aesthetic practices in developing their businesses, including expanding customer base, increasing efficacy, upselling, broadening their customer offering with new treatments and increasing revenue.

As a Business Consultant you will:

  • Identify targeted accounts
  • Perform needs analysis of target customers
  • Develop and implement an Action Plan
  • Plan and promote Business Educational Courses
  • Coordinate activities with the sales team
  • Maintain and develop relationships with accounts
  • Implement and follow up on business events
  • Provide support & direction to Allergan Medical management


To succeed as a Business Consultant we believe you have:

  • A University degree in business/biochemical related with MBA (preferably)
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development
  • Proven experience in management/strategy consulting
  • Significant relevant sales or marketing experience
  • Strong management experience including budget and personnel


We will also put high value on candidates with a consulting approach, experience from project management/business management & development, operational business optimization as well as from marketing and finance.


As a person you have excellent communication (both written and oral), presenting, and influencing skills. You are problem solving, organized, have good judgement and is self-motivated. We are looking for a pro-active, entrepreneurial person who values customer engagement and team-work/knowledge sharing and who easily motivates and influences other people.


The Business consultant will be responsible for all of Sweden, though mainly in the greater cities, so the possibility to travel is a must. Since most customers, however, are located in the greater Stockholm area, we will prioritize applicants living in, or close to, Stockholm.
